At United Green CORE, we show our respect for the Earth and everything living on it in a special way.
When you look at our website, you won't see pictures of our faces. Instead, you'll see images of us looking forward, surrounded by the natural environment on earth. We chose this to show that we're part of something bigger – humility to our planet, our shared home.
These pictures have a meaning. They show that we're always looking ahead at our main goal, with the support of the whole world behind us.
We believe our work is more important than any one person. It's about all of us working together to care for our planet and every living/nonliving thing on it.
We'd be happy to meet you in person or talk on other social media. By joining forces, we can really make things better.
Role: Representative of Earth; 🪑+👩💼
Bio: From a young age, Adriana Benedictus has been a beacon of environmental stewardship. Her journey began in first grade, where she boldly addressed her entire elementary school, advocating for the protection of animal habitats. In fifth grade, she received a state award from the Attorney General.
Her passion for nature continued to flourish as she actively participated in maintaining her elementary school's community garden.
By seventh grade, Adriana explored leadership roles and was elected Vice President of the National Junior Honor Society. Her commitment to environmental causes deepened through a notable collaboration on a project emphasizing the importance of protecting ocean life.
In 2023, she launched United Green CORE upon witnessing the stark realities of greenhouse gas emissions, climate change data, and their dire forecasts in her climate change research essay. This insight propelled her and her team to brainstorm creative ways to proactively educate and spread awareness for a sustainable future, aligning United Green CORE's mission with global efforts for a healthier planet.
Adriana is currently attending High School, co-leading the school's Roots and Shoots club, serving with the Board of Student Academics Support and Services, serving as Mayor Youth Council, and building the organization with a dedicated team.

Bio: Hi there! My name is Arbor Scriptorius - a pseudonym, as you can guess - which means, “Tree Writer”. This is because I love to write about trees while sitting in one.
A strong feeling of bio-empathy is what drives me towards sustainability. I respect every plant, animal, and object in nature as another being. In the big picture, I really am not any better than a butterfly. And even if I somehow were, we all need each other, so that wouldn’t matter anyway.
A spider in the house? Well, leave her be! She’ll only take care of the flies, like a little ecosystem inside.
Everything in nature simply works, without interference. Most of us humans “go over the river to fetch water” (Swedish proverb) in many ways.
I wouldn't want to live in this world if we’d polluted the sea and sky with our commercials, garbage, and machines more than we already have. I want to prevent this and feel ardent when I can focus on a project I think matters.
That is why I’ve joined United Green CORE.

Taking classes two years ahead, she is still consistently on the honor roll every year.
