Humble beginning
United Green CORE began as a youth-led effort to protect biodiversity and strengthen environmental education in our community. We create hands-on programs that help students learn by doing—planting, observing, tracking growth, and connecting local ecosystems to bigger climate challenges. Our flagship initiative, the Native Plant Olympics, brings friendly competition into classrooms while teaching pollinator and native plant science. We also support community-facing sustainability projects that show real solutions in action. We welcome students, families, and community partners who want to build a healthier future together.
